The Family Tree

The Family Tree U-Cut Christmas Trees located near the Hood Canal Bridge in Poulsbo. Choose from our affordable Noble Hi!

We are Paul and Gina Michaud and we established The Family Tree farm in 2003 and will be opening up for business the day after Thanksgiving of 2013! It took many years of planting and caring for 1000+ trees. We have learned a lot along the way, all while raising and homeschooling our 3 amazing children. Our land was generously passed down through Gina's family - the Thompson's. Originally all from

Port Gamble, the Thompsons have lived in Poulsbo and Port Gamble for many generations. Gina's parent's, Steve and Leann Thompson gave us the land that has fulfilled our dreams to raise a family, animals, and Christmas trees. We picked The Family Tree as our tree farm name because our farm and family has been blessed and founded by our heritage. We hope you can visit our farm and as we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Savior this Christmas.

Where in Kingston can one find a movie trailer once used by Elvis, a 1932 Cadillac that belonged to R. Lee Ermey (Full Metal Jacket) and a Harley Davidson from the classic film Easy Rider?

This was such a sweet gift of encouragement to us! Thank you Emma! Merry Christmas!

THANK YOU ALL for your support!! We have had the busiest year yet our first weekend open, thank you all who came!

Due to how busy we have been, we now have a very limited selection of Christmas trees and unfortunately our first weekend open is going to be our last to sell trees. We WILL be open next weekend for those who tagged a tree and still need to come cut it down - next Friday-Sunday from 9-5.

BUT we still have wreaths, swags, crosses, arrangements and other goods! Even though we are limited on trees, come bring your family and friends for free hot cocoa, coffee, popcorn and cookies and time around the campfire!
