We had two different family groups visit us today who were thrilled to find their ancestors on the wall of the Henry W. Immke Exhibit.

For them, "H.W. Immke Photographing our Roots Since 1866," is literally true.

A photograph Henry Immke captured 154 years ago, today has cousins reaching out to extended cousins they didn't know they had, some traveling from out of county or out of state to come look upon the face of their three times great-grandmother in awe.

It is a privilege for us to have the family history files that we do and to possess this amazing collection. We are not the gatekeepers of this knowledge - we want to share it with as many people as possible.

For us, there's no such thing as a "dumb" question, nor too many questions. Questions and a love for history are our stock and trade.

Stop by and see us any time!
