The 2021 Nellie and Ruth Cowdell Scholarship
Prospect residents and students who are members of the graduating class of 2021 are eligible for this scholarship. The deadline for submitting this application is May 7, 2021.

3. Please submit two (2) letters of recommendation, one from your school and one from a non-relative member of the Prospect community.
4. Please write a one-page essay on one of the following topics: (See attached bibliography .)
a. Why do you think Prospect is the Best Little Town in Connecticut?
b. A living history of an elder Prospect resident whom you have interviewed.
c. A brief history of the town of Prospect.
