Meeker Mansion: This Italianate Victorian mansion has been restored to its former glory and is on the National Register of Historic Sites. The home located at 312 Spring ST, is owned by the Puyallup Historical Society at Meeker Mansion, which operates it as a small house museum. 1890 home of Hop King and Oregon Trail pioneer Ezra Meeker and his suffragette wife, Eliza Jane, features hand-painted c

eilings, "furniture grade" woodwork and lots of stained glass. In addition to being open for tours from March-December, the house and grounds are the site of many events during the year. Please see our websites and pages for more information."

Tea at the Meeker Mansion is back for one day only this holiday season. Enjoy tea a fully catered tea while deated at the historic Meeker table in a room decked out for the holiday season. This unique experience is open to all ages and will only be available for attendees of Ezra's Hop Gala.

Here is a sneak peak at the second of three experiences which will be up for auction at Ezra Meeker's Hop Gala this May 29th.

Have you ever wondered what the Meeker Mansion is like at night? Her is the chance to find out. For the first time, the Puyallup Historical Society is opening up the Meeker Mansion Museum for an overnight stay for eight guests. Enjoy an evening solving a mystery at the mansion, roast marshmellows on the grounds, and the snuggle up with your sleeping bag in one of the many rooms in the historic home to see just what goes on at night. This 21 and over experience will only be available for attendees of Ezra's Hop Gala.

Just after World War I Agnes Montogery, Puyallup Valley Tribune editor, commemorated Memorial Day with this poem. Her daughter Elizabeth "Bess" Campbell was still serving as a Red Cross Nurse in post war Europe.
