John Campbell -Treasurer Report: Spreadsheet available (see JC).
Loan due John Campbell (teacherage electric repairs) has balance due of$496.00
Amy Gore: Reported upon 2013 accomplishments.
Discussed possible uses for Teacherage and Wood House.
Elections: Voted, due to motion to retain old board with addition of Butch Burchstead as 1st. VP in charge of membership.
Filled in GAL vacancy with Rob Chumley
Motions: Greg Gowan suggested re-write of Bi Laws

EVERYONE IS INVITED TO ATTEND A PRESENTATION at the University of South Carolina Upstate!

The Authors@Upstate Writers Series resumes next week on Wednesday, November 6, when four of our campus historians present work from their book Recovering the Piedmont Past: Unexplored Moments in Nineteenth-century Upcountry South Carolina History at 4:15 p.m. in the Smith Board Room of the Health and Education Complex.
Paul Grady, Carol Loar, Robert McCormick, and Andrew Myers will read from their research and take questions.
The event is open to everyone so feel free to invite others you know who may be interested. Copies of Recovering the Piedmont Past will be available in the University Bookstore for purchase and signing and a reception will follow.
This presentation is made possible by support from the Division of Student Affairs and the Department of History, Political Science, Philosophy, American Studies and Religion.
