Pretties fresh out of the kiln!
I did have a mishap when the little horse decided to take a stroll around the kiln and bumped into a plate. These things sometimes happen, but we make them right!
Everyone check out the colors on Kim 's fire horse and mom's amazing Sunflower Platter!
And lookie the progress on Kelly 's Bass!

Another fun week in the books at Shamble Studio in beautiful downtown Republic, Washington!
*I can now share the custom order mugs I made for end of year thank you gifts for my friend's son's preschool teachers. So fun!
*Lots of happy folks and lots of ceramics glazed!
*A full kiln!
*Sooo many donations! My friend Gail from Oregon City brought up antique leaded windows and a vintage printing press (thx Mike and Vina!) and lots of other mosaic, stained glass, and collage materials! We also got a magnet collection and other items. And stamps! I am getting quite a collection of stamps and need to start sorting them. ****see below
*A few big art sales for Ferry County Arts including my raven stained glass and a large Judy Jeffrey painting!
*One new stained glass in the window and at least one coming soon!
*We are expanding our gallery offerings ... and we'll have room for the ten or so artists currently on the waiting list for space as soon as the middle room is reopened! We have have recently added quilts, crochet and knitting, local authors, music, soap, and more cards!

****Ferry County Arts is a nonprofit. Stamp organizing, glass sorting, wire stripping are among the activities one can do to either earn studio credit or volunteer hours for SNAP benefits. Stop by during normal business hours to inquire!

Gearing up at Shamble Studio for Prospector's Weekend here in Republic and the fair and rodeo season throughout the region. Look at the awesome sturdy rodeo mugs! I'm featuring rodeo events and fair animals in the front window. Come in and make a special gift for your favorite cowgirl/boy!
It's also graduation season and one of the cutest gift ideas I'd seen was a family who made plates, bowls, and cups for their graduate to send them off to their first adult home with dishes made with love. Isn’t that the best idea?!?!
Here are a couple of tiles I'm thinking about painting for next weekend as samples. Friday and Saturday kids can paint a tile for $6 (cash only, including tax) which can be picked up Monday between 9-11a.m. or during regular business hours Wed through Sun.
And last but not least updates on the latest stained glass projects. That's Kelly's bass ... just six more pieces to grind, and then she's ready to wrap! And I'm starting on a little seahorse that I'm hoping to finish in the next day or so.
Come on down the Shamble Studio in beautiful downtown Republic, Washington and Get Your Art On!

After shots!!!
It's all but decided that I'm going to be open on Mondays for a couple of hours in the morning so that folks can pick up their creations on their way out of town this summer. We were open today at 9a.m. to greet the day and look at all the happy, beautiful people who came by Shamble Studio in beautiful downtown Republic, Washington! And BONUS: Kelly kept me company and worked on her fish and I finished another rooster! My next project WILL be stained glass!
Steven paired his sushi bowls with a deviled egg plate ... isn't it a gorgeous set?!?!
6 more Pride tiles done ... now it's time to create an installation!
Here are the next three items to be fired in the kiln. Come by before Saturday this week and add yours to the mix! We're firing about twice weekly now!
And last but not least, new glazes - pottery style. Check these out, Angel!
