🎉 Happy Anniversary, Reston Town Center! 🎉

This week in Reston history: On October 18, 1990, Reston Town Center officially opened its first phase, and 36 years later, it’s still a favorite gathering place for our community! From delicious meals and shopping strolls to summer concerts, winter ice skating, and countless memories in between, RTC has been bringing people together for decades. ❤️

🏡 A Reston tradition nearly as old as the town itself!

Did you know that the roots of the Reston Home Tour go all the way back to 1969? That spring, St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Herndon and RCA hosted early house tours, inviting curious neighbors to explore local architecture and discover the stories behind the homes in their community.

Today, we're carrying that tradition forward with the 24th Annual Reston Home Tour! 🎉

Join us this Saturday, October 17, from 10 AM - 4 PM to step inside some incredible homes, discover the architecture and stories that make Reston unique, and experience a little piece of our community’s history.

✨ Whether you're a longtime Restonian, an architecture enthusiast, or simply curious about the homes around you, this is a tour you won't want to miss!

One of Reston’s favorite traditions is just around the corner on Saturday, October 17th, from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Step inside some of Reston’s most unique homes and discover the design, architecture, creativity, and stories that make our community so special. Featured stops this year are the Walker Nature Center for light refreshments and educational programming, along with the W**e Cabinet for FREE w**e tastings. Don't forget to stop by Kendra Scott in Reston Town Center to take home a keepsake at 15% of retail with 20% of purchases being donated to the Reston Museum. Thank you for supporting the Reston Museum!
