The Billboard Art Project The promotion of art through digital billboards. The program is designed to explore and promote the use of LED billboards as an artistic medium.

The Billboard Art Project is a series of roadside gallery presentations featuring the work of a variety of artists. Projects are held in cities all over the country and are open to all individuals and groups who are interested in participating.
