Gallery at First UU Gallery at First UU is an annual juried Fine Art & Craft Show & Sale at First UU of Richmond VA The minister of the parish at that time was a kindred spirit.

In 1966, an artist parishioner of the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Richmond had an idea that art, good art, should be accessible to everyone, to view and to own. And so, in September of 1966, in the basement of the parish home at that time, 22 artists birthed a dream, and a tradition, called Gallery at First UU. This year, over 190 artists will participate and over 4000 pieces of art wil

l be on display. We typically show and sell pottery, oils, mixed media, watercolor, furniture, sculpture, fiber arts, jewelry, stained glass and more! The annual show is free and open to the public. Show hours for 2022 are:

Opening Night: Wednesday, 9/28 — 5 pm to 8:00 pm
Thursday, 9/29 — 3 pm to 8 pm
Friday, 9/30 — 3 pm to 8 pm
Saturday,10/1 — Noon to 5 pm
Final Day: Sunday, 10/2 — Noon to 5 pm

Purchased Art Customer Pickup: Monday, 10/3 — 9 am to 6 pm

Artist dates for 2022 are:
Art drop off:
Friday, September 24 — 9 am to 5 pm
Saturday, September 25 — 9 am to 4 pm
Art pickup:
Tuesday, October 4 — 9 am to 5 pm
