We have moved! We joined Rochester Dance Lessons at 34 Elton street. The dance floor is 4 times as large as our previous space 😀

Change your mindset to improve your dancing. Instead of..."I made a mistake"... Think " learning from my mistakes will make me better"

Need an easy way to practice??? Set a reminder on your phone (1x-3x a day) and title the reminder...posture check. It's amazing how good posture can make you look thinner, more confident, and sexy :-)
