We are so excited to welcome new guest artist Adriana Martinez!

The moment we met I immediately liked her and then she showed me her art. 🫠 I knew it was meant to be! Not only the vibrancy and beauty of the compositions but the way it moved me! It feels like medicine for the soul. It breathes a sense of transcendent healing.

Adriana is a Florence-trained artist and graduate of the Instituto Spinelli in Italy, where classical techniques continue to inform her work. Raised between Texas and coastal Mexico, with a lineage of painters in her family, her practice is deeply rooted in culture, memory, and place.

With over two decades of experience, Adriana works primarily in oil, creating commissioned pieces that reflect both technical refinement and personal connection. Alongside her studio practice, she integrates therapeutic art, teaching artistry, and creative guidance—bridging art, human experience, and the subtle ways creativity shapes how we see and live.

We welcome Britt Sitzes to our Artisan Market.

“I took a hand building pottery class at Daugherty Art Center in Austin about 30 years ago. I found that I had an affinity for clay and really enjoyed playing with the mud. My work in Healthcare kept me busy but when my wife and I moved to Rockport in 2022 I reconnected with my art voice. Since then I’ve been exploring different techniques and ideas and enjoying creating. My work so far has revolved around Tiki and Tropical themes with a whimsical flair. I hope you enjoy what I make.

We welcome Gina an Joe Eby as Guest Artists to Moon Over Water Gallery.

Gina Eby has been an artist all of her life. She loves to create and work with different mediums. Her work is playful and brings a sense of joy to the viewer. Gina is show-casing her Lino prints with us! We look forward to see what else she has up her sleeve! Gina is half Cherokee Native! When she’s not working on her own art she dabbles in silversmithing. She’s always learning new things and assisting her husband when she can!

Joe Eby is silversmith who’s work is reminiscent of the Navajo Jewelery being made about 100 years ago. His training started in a highschool class in Gallup, NM. Joe has gained a ton of experience working in jewelry supply and production. He’s made great connections through the years that have helped him hone in on his own skills.

They really are an amazing team! We are so happy to have them here at Moon Over Water Gallery & Artisan Market!! Stop by today and see their work!!
