This year sadly marked the closing of the Roseville Telephone Museum. This museum was a wonderful member of our community; full of over a hundred years worth of communication history, and highlighting the creation and growth of the Roseville telephone company.

We were alerted of the closure of this museum and asked if we would be able to care for any of its collection as its tenure in our city came to an end. We are excited to share and display items ranging from a switchboard used at Roseville High School, directories to help conduct family research, and even a telephone booth.

We are saddened by this museum’s closure but grateful that we can partner in helping the museums’s legacy continue alongside other local historical societies and museums. Here are photos of some of the items they were gracious to donate. Items are currently being catalogued but many will be on display soon!
