Another selection of new pottery fresh out of the Kiln at home. I'm moving into a different firing direction. All my work use to be fired at 2100⁰f and now I'm firing to 2350⁰f to get a denser more vitreous pottery. I can apply both a commercial glazes and handmade glaze to receive these beautiful affects. If I knew how to attach music it would be, Dancing in the Moonlight.

Ok. Listen up. I turned 70, July 15. I seen videos w people telling me to "velvet" my protein and I, "poo-pooed" it for decades. I bucked the system recently. If you cook meat/seafood, do yourself a favor and add a bit of baking soda , jot a lot, to your protein and let it marinate for a minimum of 15min so the baking soda can relax and breakdown the tissue. I've been calling BS, for decades. I feel super stupid.
