Join us for yoga this week! We have a balanced vinyasa style practice planned with opportunities for both effort and ease 🫶🏼

There are 8 limbs of yoga and we will practice 2 of them, asanas (the physical postures) and meditation.

We’ll connect to our body and to our breath and use the breath as an anchor to help us stay in our body, stay in the practice, stay in the present.

Bring a yoga mat, water, and maybe an extra layer of clothing depending on the weather 🪷

We can’t wait to practice with you!

🕰️Time: October 17th 9:00-10:15 am
📍Place: 2700 Front St., Sacramento, CA (Parking Available)

📍Lugar: 2700 Front St., Sacramento, CA (Estacionamiento Disponible)

Introducing our Create Your Own Storybook workshop!

Every great story begins with an idea!
Can you imagine the excitement of a child creating their very own book? Inventing and imagining!

As part of the Latino Center of Art and Culture’s Cultivating Arts and Literature program, we’re inviting children ages 5–9 and their families to join us for this free, bilingual creative experience.

Over three Saturdays, we’ll explore imagination, storytelling, and artistic expression. By the end of the workshop, each child will have their very own illustrated storybook to take home.

No reading or writing skills needed, just imagination and a willingness to create!

Participation is free, but space is limited. Advance registration and a commitment to attend all three sessions are required.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration is open! Link in bio.

This program is made possible thanks to the support of California Arts Council .

¡Llega nuestro taller Crea tu cuento!

A big shoutout to Ray Orozco from Orozco Handyman Service! 🙌🏽

Ray generously donated not only his trailer but also his time to help us haul materials and continue getting El Panteón ready for our celebration.

These are the people who make El Panteón possible, paso a pasito!

Thank you, Ray, for showing up and lending a hand. We appreciate you!

If you’re looking for handyman services, consider supporting someone who supports our community!
