Casa Pilar is more than a historic home, it's a living legacy of Spanish born artist Pilar Pobil.

It stands as one of the most original cultural landmarks in Utah and beyond. THE PILAR POBIL LEGACY FOUNDATION IS A SALT LAKE CITY-BASED NONPROFIT ARTS ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO SUPPORT THE ARTS AND ARTS EDUCATION IN UTAH. BUILDING OFF THE TREMENDOUS SUCCESS OF "ART IN PILAR'S GARDEN," THE FOUNDATION IS IN THE UNIQUE POSITION TO CREATE COMMUNITY-BASED ART AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT WILL POSITIVELY IMPACT THE CITY'S CULTURE NOW AND FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS. IN ADDITION TO IMMEDIATELY EXPANDING THE EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL REACH OF THE FOUNDATION, YOUR CONTRIBUTION WILL GO TOWARDS THE EVENTUAL PURCHASE OF PILAR'S HOME SO THAT IT REMAINS A VITAL PART OF SALT LAKE CITY'S ARTS COMMUNITY, HISTORY AND LEGACY.
