Join us for a family-friendly butterfly pinning workshop led by Red, an experienced taxidermist and educator with 8 years of experience. Hosted by us: the School of Comics, a local art studio that loves all things creative, nerdy, and a little unconventional.
Using ethically sourced butterflies, participants will learn the full process of carefully pinning and displaying a real specimen on foam board to dry and preserve. No experience needed, and all supplies are included!
This workshop is perfect for curious kids, crafty parents, nature lovers, and anyone interested in oddities. It’s a fun, hands-on way to learn something new together while supporting a local small business.
