Camp 153 is the most decorated, active offical camp in the greater San Antonio area, and is the 2024 Outstanding Camp of the Texas Division! Membership in the Sons of Confederate Veterans is open to all male descendants of any veteran who served honorably in the Confederate armed forces. Membership can be obtained through either direct or collateral family lines and kinship to a veteran must be do

Flag Etiquette:

The flag should never be modified in any way. It should be displayed as originally designed without alteration. The basic flag design may be incorporated into the logo of an organization only if it is done in such a manner as to hold the Confederate States of America in the highest respect. The flag, or design elements of the flag, should never be used to associate The South or the Confederate States of America with any other political or social agenda.
