Kaede Artist Gallery

Kaede Artist Gallery Kaede-Con(aka Kaede Artist Gallery or Kaede Alley) is small convention that will be held for the fir This will be our first year running the event.

Kaede-Con will have an artist alley, panels, and events for guests to check out and enjoy. Our goal is to raise money to be able to award scholarships and continue to hold Kaede-Con on a yearly bases at St. Mary's University.

Hello everyone, this morning we have some disappointing news.

Due to conflicts on scheduling and campus problems, we will not be able to hold Kaede Con this fall.
Our university's volleyball team is having a great season and has an important game that will utilize most of the gym's space; therefore, we had to cancel our event.
The staff of this event is extremely sorry. We hope to not have caused anyone trouble and hope you will all understand.

There is the possibility that we will hold a different, smaller event in the spring, but there is no guarantee currently.
Once again, apologizes from the staff, coordinators, and volunteers of Kaede Artist Gallery.

Last week we had the first meeting for our new coordinators! We'll release info about the con in the coming weeks.

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!
Hope you're all doing well. Just wanted to update everyone on what's been going on with the con.

HEY EVERYONE! There is going to be a Scavenger Hunt from 3 to 6 pm! Your mission if you choose to accept it is to find the Azurill Pokemon and present it at the badge table in the gym to Laurin and Britanee! Good luck! :D p.s. When or if the Pokemon is found, it will be posted! :)

Oh no the forecast says rain for Saturday!
But have no fear! Kaede Con is an indoor con!
All activities will be shared between 2 buildings (the campus' gym and the university center). So the only time you'll need to go outside is to travel between the 2 buildings!
Please come out if you can!

Good morning everyone!
Less than a week to the con!
We would like to apologize for anyone we have recently inconvenienced! It's hard to be students, part-timers, and con organizers at the same time! Our small staff can only do so much.
Hopefully many of you will understand. But we promise, Kaede Con will be lots of fun!

Good news! We finally got all the approvals for the space we're planning to use! So after the holiday weekend, we'll be sending out email approvals for dealers and artists!
