Remembering Mexican artist and designer

Pedro Friedeberg (1936–2026)

We were saddened to learn that Pedro Friedeberg, whose ten works are part of the UT San Antonio Art Collection, passed away today at the age of 90 in San Miguel de Allende. Pedro’s creativity and unique vision leave an extraordinary legacy in the art world.

We honor his memory and contribution, and the family has requested privacy during this time.
