The Briscoe Western Art Museum, located on the banks of the historic San Antonio River Walk, brings to life the vibrant culture and heritage of the Western United States. The Museum offers a permanent collection of Western art and artifacts related to the American cowboy, American Indian, the Vaquero, pioneering women and the many diverse groups that forged the American West. Now available in the Hendler Family Museum Store, the official "Tejano Legacy: Another American Origin Story" exhibition catalog offers a deeper look at the landmark story of Tejanos across four centuries.

Featuring hundreds of artifacts, paintings and stories from Spain, Mexico and the United States, this beautifully illustrated bilingual English-Spanish catalog explores the resilience, traditions and lasting contributions of Tejanos and their vital role in shaping the American West and our shared history.
