🎹J oin us for a concert-lecture by pianist Daniel Beliavsky where he will discuss and perform Modest Mussorgsky's Pictures from an Exhibition. Inspired by the works of Mussorgsky's friend, architect and painter Viktor Hartmann, this suite explores the piano's expressive and technical range in a strikingly original manner, making it one of the 19th century's most defining large-scale masterpieces.

The Athenaeum Art Center’s Print Studio has updated hours for Open Print Studio and Members’ Open Print Studio, offering more opportunities to work with intaglio, screen print, relief, and letterpress.

Open Print Studio is free and open to everyone, with no registration required. Members also receive additional access through Members’ Open Print Studio.

Join us for the last 20th annual Flicks on the Bricks of the summer with Frank Capra’s beloved holiday classic, It’s a Wonderful Life (1946), starring James Stewart, Donna Reed, and Lionel Barrymore.

About the film: George Bailey, a small-town businessman facing a personal crisis, is shown what life in his community might have been like had he never been born. A timeless story about hope, friendship, and the impact one person can have on others.
