On New Year's Day 2015, Bert announced his plan to open a small gallery in San Elizario. He had been planning for a while to move into a space at 1501 Main. Bert's dream was to have a place to display his art. Would I support him, he asked. How long would we do this, I asked. He answered, 'Until it is no longer fun.' Well, today, January 19th, we celebrate 11 years in the same location and 14 years in different locations in San Elizario. To celebrate, yesterday we distributed cake to our fellow artists, our friends, and every customer who visited our gallery. We want to thank the San Elizario community for welcoming us, our customers, our friends, our landlord, and our fellow San Elizario artists. Yes, we're still having fun, guys!
