The UCSC Printmaking Studio hosts the UCSC STUDENT PRINT SALE offering original fine art prints made in a variety of hand printed and digital media including woodcut, lithography, etching, digital printmaking and handmade books. The sale takes place annually in early June—see web site for current schedule: http://artsites.ucsc.edu/printsale

The studio also offers a use fee program. The UCSC PRINT

STUDIO ARTIST ACCESS PROGRAM is geared toward providing short- and long-term communal studio access at low monthly rates to both emerging and established artists. Participants must be self-sufficient and able to work independently with only basic orientation to the studio. Qualified participants are determined via an application process including a print portfolio review, studio orientation, and 3 month probationary period. The facilities are available to participants during posted Open Work Periods which vary each quarter depending on class schedules.
