The Sautee Nacoochee Community Association (SNCA) maintains the Sautee Nacoochee Center, a thriving cultural and community center housed in a restored rural schoolhouse. The Center is home to the Folk Pottery Museum of Northeast Georgia, the Center Theatre, two gallery shops, two art studios, a local history museum, a Heritage Site, the Native Peace Garden and event facilities. lachian foothills of Northeast Georgia, the Sautee Nacoochee Community Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing creativity and to preserving and protecting the natural and historical resources of the Sautee and Nacoochee Valleys and surrounding area. The Association has established Sautee Nacoochee as an official Historic District and one of "The 100 Best Small Arts Towns in America." The Sautee Nacoochee Center and the Folk Pottery Museum of Northeast Georgia are closed today in recognition of Memorial Day.

The 8.5 acre campus, which includes picnic tables, a playground and walking trail, is open from dawn until dusk.

We will reopen on Tuesday.

We need volunteers for SOLfest 2026! We are looking for friendly faces to help in multiple areas.

Guess what? Volunteers get to view the show for free!

Some of the volunteer opportunities include the check in table, box office, golf cart drivers, merchandise sales, parking attendants, concessions sales/serving, and more.
