All six Coastal Heritage Society sites will be open on Labor Day, Monday, September 7th.

Highlights:
*a special Labor Day opening at Pin Point Heritage Museum from 10AM–2PM. Tours at 10:30AM, 11:30AM and 12:30PM.

*train rides on the hour from 10AM–3PM at Georgia State Railroad Museum

*American Revolutionary War cannon exhibit at Savannah History Museum, featuring recently restored cannons recovered from the Savannah River near Old Fort Jackson after spending about 240 years beneath the water.

Cardholders can enjoy FREE general admission at participating Coastal Heritage Society sites, including:

Old Fort Jackson
Pin Point Heritage Museum (open Saturday 9AM-4PM; Closed Sunday.)
Savannah Children's Museum
Georgia State Railroad Museum (Train rides hourly 10AM-3PM)
Savannah History Museum
Harper Fowlkes House (open Saturday 10AM-3PM; Closed Sunday)

Savannah Children's Museum Summer Hours continue through Labor Day. Open Wednesday-Monday, 9AM-2PM.

We're open Labor Day Weekend including on Labor Day, Monday, September, 7th.

School Hours start Tuesday, September, 8th. School hours are Wednesday-Sunday, 9AM-3PM. Closed Monday and Tuesday for group bookings.

Train rides nextdoor at Georgia State Railroad Museum are Fridays-Sundays in August and September, hourly 10AM-3PM. Train rides also will be offered on Labor Day, Monday, September 7th.

Train rides are included in admission to Georgia State Railroad Museum, which is a separate admission from Savannah Children's Museum.

Calling all young wizards, witches, inventors, and curious minds!

Georgia State Railroad Museum and Savannah Children's Museum will transform into a magical world of discovery during Coastal Heritage Society’s signature fall family fundraiser, Frogwarts: A Magical Adventure!

Families can enjoy a day filled with STEAM activities, train rides, spellbinding fun, and plenty of hands-on adventures.

Explore magical classes inspired by wizard-school themed
adventure while discovering chemistry, engineering, biology, art, and more.

Savannah Children’s Museum knows toddlers and we’re excited to celebrate them at Toddler Takeover two weeks from today!

Join us Sunday, September 13th for Toddler Takeover, a FREE event celebrating Savannah’s youngest audience at the Otis S. Johnson Cultural Arts Center.

This special event launches Savannah Rep’s Theatre for the Very Young program and features Songs to Grow On, an interactive musical experience from Atlanta’s Alliance Theatre. Follow Woody and his dog Arlo on a playful journey around the world through music, movement, imagination and classic children’s songs.
