Lost Dance Project

Lost Dance Project The art and performance of lost dance project. Memorial Art for all of us and everything we do to each other. And you are.

We make substantial art work about necessary subject matter ... the crimes we are conscripted into from birth, the crimes against ourselves and each other we participate in for the duration of our lives. We dive into the pools inside you... Your refusal to look inward does not relieve you from being a murderer. You exploit and you murder, and you accept it. If nothing else, at least we know we wil

l have seen you for what you are ... and struggled to discover why we love you ... in any case ... someone will have seen you. Lost Dance Project creates iconographic art pieces. It is our ambition to maintain an unsurpassed level of quality, originality and intelligence in our work. We produce fine art painting, photography, performance art pieces, installations, written works, dance works. We encourage you to support working artists and purchase an artwork from an artist you like. We cordially invite you to make an appointment to visit the studio -- contact us at [email protected] or 206 383 4105.

I see a few inspiring examples of people who left fbook etc. and lived. Personally I’ve never struggled more or felt more isolated than in this current Seattle/media/tech world. Sometimes the sadness makes me think I can’t help make anything positive happen anymore, or just the voicelessness and invisibility and helplessness, not of me of everyone is too big. But if there is something beautiful growing while we continue to be enslaved and forced to contribute to murder of those deemed lesser slaves it’s not here.
If I still know folks on here that don’t already have another way to reach out if so desired, I’m at 206 383 4105 on phone or signal. I guess one has to try to get away from Google too so I have to figure the email but out. That’s what we do right… leave this up for a little bit?

BlazeVOX has taken one of our more beautiful stories: LET US NEVER PART. By Aria Riding. It is now up at the following link, and is the first story listed under "fiction." Please have a look. Share it, even, at least with Angels, if not with guys.

BlazeV: It was always neat to see books from BlazeVOX come into the used bookstores we used to work at. BlazeVOX came under fire a few years ago for switching to a communal publishing model-a model which seems hopeful and bright-eyed compared to the cynical publishing scams and contests run by most "reputable" magazines these days.

BlazeVOX [books] presents innovative fictions and wide ranging fields of contemporary poetry. Our books push at the frontiers of what is possible with our innovative poetry, fiction and select non-fiction and literary criticism

Hello, From Under the Underground!
Thanks to everyone who attended my funeral.
Anyway:

Here's links to SOMETHING CALLED A "PODCAST" of our folk tale, "The Toothtellers" by Aria Riding. We hope it's good. We didn't do it, so, we default to embarrassment, nausea, indignation, repulsion and hating it and that word that means "We probably don't believe you," and are not sure if we'll ever be ready to listen to it. Maybe someone more even-tempered can report?

Oh, but thanks to Manawaker Studios for recording it! Let us hate you no more than anyone who tries to accept us.

"Having Game" by Aria Riding was published today in Atticus Review's "Scandal Issue."
I hope you'll check it out, although the story is about someone who can be a real jerk.

and. as always. if you do experimental/genre busting writing, or work with necessary subject matter, feel free to contact me about performing at a salon for risk takers and their work.

Thanks

And, in spite of being blackballed and marginalized by professors and agents who would "make her famous" if she slept with them, Aria had 32 submissions accepted this past year. She has 3 books (or 19 serialized chapbooks) ready for publication.
