Hello,
This is your faithful captain speaking…It is difficult for me to ask for help, especially financial, but as many of you already know our city (and beyond) is taking a hard hit on many levels. Luckily my friends and loved-ones are well and healthy and for that I feel blessed. Studio Paradiso of the Arts, my pride/joy/and sometimes source of anguish, is however in need of your assistance.
In 6 years Studio Paradiso has served as an art gallery, art school, event space, community market, theatre rehearsal space, photography studio, lecture and workshop space, and private studio. I believe I have invested my heart and soul into something worthwhile and I hope others, too, find value (creative, emotional, even spiritual) in the continued effort made to “hold space”.
Right now the Studio/School is in a rather tight spot financially with many bills and expenses piling up. As of Wednesday morning we are officially closed to the public.Think of this as an unofficial gofundme to keep "the lights on" during this hard time. Please consider making a small donation to help offset financial losses because of reduced revenues caused by the impact of the Covid-19.
Options include a financial gift, registering for an upcoming workshop with a visiting instructor or a class with me (Sir Wyatt) or signing up a friend who you think would appreciate it. Any amount is helpful and if you can not give at this time, please know that I have benefitted from your presence in my life already, and hopefully vice versa.
Use my paypal: [email protected] or Venmo -Landis to donate or go to Studioparadiso.org to get more info on how to get registered for a class or workshop.
Please forward this.
Thank you.
We will get through this.
