We were happy to give them a tour of Sturdivant Hall during their visit and share a little bit more about the city’s history & our museum.

The annual Sturdivant Hall Artisan Fair returns just in time for the holiday season. The annual pop-up craft and handmade goods fair will be hosted on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Sturdivant Hall Museum in Selma.

The BBQ on the Green at Sturdivant Hall Museum drew a lively crowd on Thursday night, Oct. 9 2025. The historic Greek Revival mansion hosted its annual fundraiser under the stars. The event offered a combination of Southern cuisine, live music and a silent art auction, all in support of the museum.....

Sturdivant Hall's Annual Barbecue on the Green is Thursday, October 9, 2025. Join us for a wonderful evening under the stars enjoying a delicious dinner from Lannie's Bar-B-Q Spot, live music, and a silent art auction featuring pieces from local and regional artists.

Silent art auction preview from 6:00 - 7:00 P.M. Dinner served 7:00 - 9:00 P.M.

Sturdivant Hall Museum and Gift shop will be closed on Friday, July 4th and Saturday, July 5th. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, July 8th.
