My Art Bio
I have been an artist most of my life although I started in earnest 8 years ago taking classes with Northlight Art Studio. Painting in pastel and oil have become my passion. When I paint I put myself in a zen that no one can pe*****te. I paint realistically because that is the only thing I see. I use a lot of thought processing before I use my hands or brush. My reflection before I start and while I paint help me to complete my art.
I have been in many shows over the past 10 years in the Northwest Corner, winning many awards and as a commissioned artist I have sold to people across the United States. I am the chairman of all the Trinity Art Shows at the Trinity Episcopal Church, Lime Rock, CT. I will be participating in two juried art shows and one regular show in the next 2 months.
