The land holds the Kelley homestead, a one room schoolhouse, a log cabin relocated from Carmel, the red round barn (a trademark of Indiana agriculture), a granary, a blacksmith shop, modern, but "venue appropriate" permanent restrooms, and two other metal barns that hold antique farm equipment the family has collected over the years. House has very limited availability. Wedding season is mid-May through mid-October (no holidays). To use this facility for personal photo sessions with a professional photographer, please contact us to be sure that no other events are taking place. A $35 fee per hour will be charged to use the grounds. We also welcome small group parties and corporate events! Please contact us to inquire about events during the week.
