Nature's Kanvas

Nature's Kanvas Nature’s Kanvas is owned and operated by the husband and wife creative team of artist Karen Tomasacci and craftsman Randy Tomasacci.

Beginning in 1987 as Special T’s Woodcrafts and then Five Mountain Creations, Karen’s artwork is sold in specialty folk art and craft stores throughout the United States, Iceland, Japan, and Italy, including the Museum of American Folk Art on Lincoln Square, in Manhattan, NY. Nature’s Kanvas has been a regular exhibitor for the past twenty years at the Market Square Traditional wholesale Shows, th

e United States’ largest show for hand-made American folk art, and has been featured regularly in the Market Square gallery magazine. Her artwork has been purchased and enjoyed by countless many around the world, including such notable persons as Barbra Streisand, Caroline Kennedy, and Senator Bob Dole, most notably gracing the Oval Office of the White House during the term of President George Herbert Walker Bush. The Nature’s Kanvas studio is based in Shickshinny, Pennsylvania.

To all of our Long Island friends, I'll be selling Karens works of art at: St: William the Abbott RC Church Christmas craft Fair, 2000 Jackson Ave . Seaford, New York this Saturday 12/6 and Sunday 12/7 from 10 to 4 each day. This is our only Long Island show this year so be early BEFORE I SELL OUT. Hope to see you there.

This cool chicken Karen painted found a new home. It's going back to South Carolina. We got a bunch of cedar driftwood from our friends Bob and Catherine Millers property and Karen painted various figures on them.
