Yesterday, I visited the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem to see the exhibit of Patrick Kelly fashions. He loved to use buttons to enhance his designs. I think you folks would enjoy a fieldtrip and would appreciate his imagination.

Massachusetts State Button Society will meet at St. Anthony's Church Hall in Shirley on Saturday April 13th from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. There will be displays and sales. The afternoon program by Marie Elwyn will be about Magical Mushroom Buttons.

The State Spring Show and Meeting will be Saturday April 14, 2018 from 9 am - 3 pm at St. Anthony's Parish Hall on Phoenix Street in Shirley. Paul Smith will present a program called "Looking at Fables"

The spring meeting of the Mass State Button Society will be at St. Anthony's Parish Hall, on Phoenix Street in Shirley, on Saturday April 22nd from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Bring your own bag lunch and be ready to buy, sell, or trade buttons. Talk to the experts about identifying and caring for your button collection.
Featured speaker will be Cheryl Killam who will discuss fabulous fabrics and tantalizing textiles.
