VFW Museum of Military History Simi Valley

VFW Museum of Military History Simi Valley The Museum of Military History is presented through the efforts and generosity of Nigel and Jill Boucher.

The Simi Valley Town Center has given us the opportunity to present this unique and educational museum to our community. Our goal is to teach our community young and old about our military history and how our veterans have played an important role in keeping America free. We have displays of propaganda posters, that were used for mass communication during the great wars and memorabilia dating back

to the Spanish-American War that have been donated by Veterans and their families. All posters and memorabilia are original to their time period, the oldest poster was printed in 1908. We have a section on Simi Valley showing how the community contributed to the war effort back in 1917. We operate solely by fundraising projects and private donations. We are available to hold events and private parties, accommodating up to 100. The Museum of Military History is sponsored by VFW Post 10049 and Simi Valley Town Center.
