New! Artisan Bread Baker.This baker is 9 inches in diameter and 5 " to the top of the domed lid. It is made with a heavy bottom to prevent scorching on the bottom of the loaf. A heavy lid seals in the moisture to create the environment needed to achieve that desired chewy texture. Remove the lid to brown the top and you have made the perfect loaf of bread!
