Previously, I posted there will be a two day estate sale at 820 and 822 Shore Rd. in Somers Point. The days have changed and are now Friday, May 22 from 10 AM to 3 PM and Saturday, May 23 from 9 AM to 2 PM. We are overflowing with great items, so stop by. There is parking for 6 cars behind the building and across the street at Gregory’s lot.  Follow Willow Tree Estates for a full photo gallery coming soon!

To all of my customers, friends, and acquaintances, after 20 years and many fond memories of amazing people, some of whom have sadly passed since Tidewater Treasures opened in Somers Point Bayfest weekend of 2005, there will be an upcoming estate sale.

The dates are Thursday, May 21, 2026 and Friday, May 22, 2026, at which time the store contents, as well as most of the furniture and other items on the 822 Shore Road side of the duplex will be for sale.

It is time to move on and have someone else enjoy the building as I have for 31 years! My best to everyone!

To all of my FB followers, especially those who told me they always wanted a store like mine, there will be an open house at 820 (store side) and 822 Shore Road in Somers Point this Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. The 822 side is now zoned residential with a new kitchen. The 820 side attic was just repainted and would make a lovely studio or extra living space. I am hoping someone who loves the area will buy it, rather than an investor. I have owned the building for 31 years and am heading towards retirement. My age could be your new beginning!! Go on line to see photos and more information, but don’t believe Zillow—the taxes on the entire building are $8,200. I have good residential neighbors on both sides. Enjoy the weekend!
