We were honored to welcome Glen Lewis, who played in the 1966 Little League World Series with Airport Little League from Sacramento, California. During his visit, Glen had the chance to hold a baseball he had signed nearly 60 years ago. A ball that also includes the signatures of his older brother, who served as the team’s manager, and his father, who was a coach.

Behind every unforgettable Little League moment is a volunteer making it happen.

This , we celebrate the Team Hosts--like Fred Plankenhorn--who ensure players from around the world feel at home in Williamsport. His legacy lives on as a reminder that the game goes far beyond the field.
