Recently, attendees at the Sanford-Springvale Historical Museum were treated to an incredible chamber concert from Portland Piano Trio. A huge thank you to Anastasia Antonacos (piano), Tracey Jasas-Hardel (violin), and Marisa Solomon (cello) for sharing their incredible gifts with us — and to everyone who came out to support live classical music.

As we approach Memorial Day weekend, we pause to honor and remember the brave individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. Their legacy is woven into the very fabric of our community's history.

In observing this meaningful weekend, we also want to take a moment to express our deepest appreciation for all our volunteers and interns, who help ensure our shared heritage remains vibrant and accessible for generations to come.

The Sanford-Springvale Historical Museum will be open this Saturday from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

Wishing everyone a safe, reflective, and meaningful Memorial Day weekend!
