We have periodic opening/closing receptions that are open and free to the public. Personal appointments can also be made for a private viewing of any of our exhibits. The gallery also hosts events for various celebrations (call for pricing information).

Think it's about time to post a gallery update. It's been 10 years giving LOCAL ARTISTS a venue to display their solo shows. And even though I worked multiple jobs to keep that going - I sincerely really loved it! it was truly my dream. Unfortunately though due to financial reasons and to keep this thing going - I've had to shift gears. Currently I am converting the gallery into shared artist studio space - and I am happy to say this feels like the right move. There's a lot of good creative energy bouncing around these days and I'm excited for it. As well though - I know there is BIG need locally for artists and solo shows so please rest assured that I am working new angles for you - I'm not done curating and being a proponent for you yet - I promise.

Just for an additional point of reference and artistic appreciation: I find it really interesting that the event picture I posted for J.B. Nearsy's upcoming solo exhibit (Aug 18) was painted live on a downtown StL rooftop, on a large canvass, in the wind along side Henryk Ptasiewicz and BillyO. Note: This photo doesn't really do this incredible piece justice - it really is a must see.

Just to let everyone know - we support all local art/artist and to be clear there are various levels to our shows. Tomorrow night is a continuing education show - which we fully support and honestly there is some really nice work included in this show if you'd like to check it out. Beyond the recognized, seasoned successful artists (e.g. Anchor show) we probably have more "breakout" first solo shows than anything else. So stayed tuned we have a LOT scheduled at the gallery! And thanks for your continued support - it means more than you know!
