Congratulations to all the award winners from our Annual Student Art Exhibition 2025! This year, we received an impressive number of entries, showcasing exceptional talent. Out of 91 submissions, 53 student artworks were selected for the exhibition. While we wish we could display all 91 pieces, space is limited. A special thank you to James Wu for his effort in judging the entries and choosing the award winners.

We invite you to visit the exhibition from 12 PM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday, to view the wonderful compositions created by our Forest Park students. Be sure to come soon, as the exhibition will close on May 8th!

Our Annual Student Art Exhibition has their opening reception tonight from 6 pm to 8 pm. Come and join us to see the amazing student work, mingle with the artists, and enjoy some light refreshments!

I am thrilled to announce that the Annual Student Art Exhibition is set to showcase a vibrant array of talent! The exhibition will be open from April 21st to May 8th, featuring a stunning collection of mixed media, paintings, drawings, woodwork, ceramics, printmaking, and photography. All created by the art students at Forest Park.

The gallery is open Monday through Thursday from 12 PM to 4 PM, and by appointment. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to celebrate creativity and artistry!

We are thrilled to announce our latest exhibition, Nature’s Embrace: A Journey on Healing, featuring the incredible work of artists Jenny Kettler and Rachel Helden.

Using a Holga film camera they shoot through the lens of grief creating beautiful visual meditations on landscape. Rachel traverses Yellowstone National Park in the winter while Jenny wanders riverbanks and forest in spring and summer. Each unlock the healing power of nature through the power of film photography.

This exhibition runs from March 7th to April 3rd, with the opening reception tomorrow, Friday, March 7th, from 6 pm to 8 pm.

The gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 12 pm to 4 pm and by appointment. We are located inside the Library building, Tower 2, to the right of the entrance, room L125.

Exciting News from the Forest Park Gallery of Contemporary Art!

The opening of Nabil Mousa’s captivating art exhibition, “Shapes of Transcendence,” debuted on January 24th with a fantastic reception! Attendees had the wonderful opportunity to explore Nabil's stunning works and connect with him personally, gaining insight into his artistic journey and creative process. It was an incredible evening filled with inspiring art and engaging conversations!

“Shapes of Transcendence” will be on display until February 20th. This exhibition features a series of abstract compositions, all beautifully crafted using oil on canvas. Don’t miss the chance to immerse yourself in this collection that elevates the ordinary into the realm of the sublime.

Exciting news, art lovers! Join us this evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM for the opening of our first exhibition of the year: ‘Shapes of Transcendence’ featuring the incredible work of artist Nabil Mousa.
