I just framed this painting, one of Yonnah Ben Levy and my first collaborations 35 years ago. We are preparing for a large exhibition of our work based on antiquities mostly from Ashkelon, where we have had a home all these years. This is a depiction of a marble bas relief carved on a 2000 year old Roman sarcophagus. It is a combination of photography and painting on rice paper, matted and framed 16x20 in.
