From my upbringing on a small farm in Central Pennsylvania to my adult years traveling internationally and living in the urban settings of New York City and Los Angeles, I have always been fascinated by what creates and promotes health, happiness, and joy in life. It has always been obvious to me that health and art are inexorably interconnected. With a homegrown passion for biology and genetics a
nd a deep-rooted love of the arts, I earned a bachelorās degree in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University while taking as many art electives as possible. So, teaching and constantly learning led me to earn a masterās degree as well as to continue my lifelong education and experimentation in dance, visual and plaster arts, acting, and more. The result of all this education reaffirms my sense that nature, nurture, genetics, art, mindset, laughter, passion, and love all lead to a vibrant life that empowers me to express, create, and share my art ā and generate my own reality, which provides immeasurable freedom!
