Congress second graders came for a field day the same day the Old Car Tour stopped at the museum. The car owners were gracious and the students were great.

Make your Bid in this silent auction of Mr. Freeman’s photography!

This runs through the 15th of May and all proceeds will go to us, here at the Historical Society, and the DDA!

As a lifelong local native, Richard Freeman took up the hobby of photography at Sturgis High School when he shadowed a local newspaper photographer. He instantly fell in love with the art and it quickly became a lifelong passion. He developed his first photos in a darkroom he set up in the basement....
