Mykola was a successful enterpreneur in Ukraine, marketing professional with MBA degree. aphy Course in Photography Institute, San Francisco, California in 2015 by mentoring of David Goldman. Mykola came to Miami in 2010 and devoted his life to capture beauty of South Florida. In his images we can see the way how developed Broward and Miami-Dade counties during the last decade. As Mykola says, these pictures should stay in the historical archives of the state of Florida. Besides photography Mykola used to have another hobby - diving. He has made more than 1000 dives, each time with a camera. He issued a book fully illustrated with his underwater pictures about diving in Egypt. Synergy of Mykola`s biggest life passions brought him into the Art world. His wife Mila inspired him to paint marine and underwater scenes copying his underwater shots and he discovered his unique flow abstract style using all shades of blue acrylics and epoxy resin. Like Louboutin in shoe industry Mykola has his "red sole" in the Art - all of his frames are colored in Gold. Being permanent participant of South Florida Art Shows Mykola spread his Artworks all over South Florida and Northern States. Mykola`s paintings can be found hanfing on the walls of the famous philantropists` mansions in Palm Beach and celebrities` apartments on the 5th Avenue in Manhattan. The latest Mykola`s collection American Flag Editions is the series of the flag inspired paintings with the authentic American symbolics - eagle, dollar bills, comic heroes. This December, during Art Basel Week, the heritage of Mykola Khodorovsky (1969–2022) will be exhibited at CONTEXT Art Miami, presented by Kedria Arts gallery. His work is known for its deeply expressive style, combining abstraction with thematic power—these are truly one-of-a-kind original paintings, never reproductions.
