Girls Drill Team Performs at Fashion Show May 13, 1972 THE SUSANVILLE ELEMENTARY PTA presented a "Spring Sew-In" Fashion Show on Wednesday, April 19, in the McKinley School multipurpose room. Approximately 50 models participated wearing clothing made by parents and relatives. The clothing modeled was very original, unique and lovely. Rotary Plaque Winner May 12, 1976 ROTARY PLAQUE WINNER—Cecil Webb, Susanville Rotary Club president, left, presents to Blake Allen the top demonstration Rotary plaque at the recent Rotary Demonstration Day Program. Blake, a Richmond club 4-H member, gave a demonstration entitled "You Can't Fool Mother Nature" on the subject of bottle feeding lambs. A total of 50 blue award 4-H Demonstration Day winners were guests of the Susanville Rotary luncheon.
