Art Trek Art Trek is dedicated to promoting emerging local artists. Affordable custom framing is also offered. I began my art education in the late 197'0's. Walk On!

The Art Trek gallery is an avenue for artists to experience the gallery setting, meet the public at a reception, and to show and sell their work. Art Trek, an art gallery and custom framing shop, has been a long time dream of mine. Earned an Associate's Degree from Greenfield Community College. I married in 1981, and raised a family. In 2007, I decided to return to school and get my Bachelor's. A

fter five years of working full time and school part time, I graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts. This was a milestone for me. Another milestone was renting the Art Trek space and the grand opening on October 17, 2013. It was a wonderful
gathering of support for our artists. Friends, neighbors, artists and art lovers joined the event. The atmosphere was warm , supportive and exciting. The opening of the show, Seasons of Life, featured six local artists, Alice Gordon, Jennifer Gildner-Blinn, Deirdre Rinaldi, Marylise Reilly Fajal, Donny Jones and myself, Eileen Longe. Art can be an arduous journey from conception to the gallery. The goals of Art Trek are to help artists on this journey, work with them to achieve having their work hung in a gallery, and meet the public interested in their work. It also offers artists as well as art lovers affordable custom framing. Art Trek is open Monday through Friday 4pm-6pm. Saturdays 10am-3pm. Seasons of Life show will be in the gallery through Saturday November 30, 2013. The artwork is for sale, please inquire. Visit the gallery and the frame shop. Photography, matted and or framed is also offered for sale by Eileen Longe. Art is a Journey!

Hello!!! It's been quite a long time since I have posted on the Art Trek page. I am sorry to say I have closed Art Trek at 135 Old Homestead Highway in Swanzey, N.H. I have met and worked with many, many amazing artists. I am so grateful to have met them and wish them all the best. I have learned a great deal from them and through my five year experience at Art Trek.. A great big heart felt thank you for all the friends and family who came to so many of the events at Art Trek and gave me soooo much support.
When one door closes, another one opens! While in the midst of closing the gallery, a wonderful opportunity came my way in 17Rox. 17Rox is a group art studio environment of which I am now a part. There are eleven amazing artists studios housed there now. Every first Friday of the month we have Open Studios events. welcome! Would love to see you all!
17Rox is located on Roxbury Street, Keene, NH, next door to 21 Bar and Grill.
