These pieces by Cindy Triplett will be there along with many more incredible works. The opening reception is June 15 from 9-11pm and the show runs June 13-17th

Artist talk! Sunday, June 14th, from 12-1 pm, The Talent Gallery welcomes photographer Stanley Smith. Stanley is more than a photographer; he is a collector of images and a modifier of time and space. By merging these collected images, he produces scenes that challenge the viewer and present more than just a single moment in time. Join us to hear about the process and the inspiration behind his fascinating work. See you Sunday!

This Sunday, June 7th, 12-1pm at The Talent Gallery: An Artist’s Guide to Clouds with Sarah F. Burns
Get your head in the clouds! Sarah is known for her local landscapes, many featuring clouds. In this artist talk you’ll learn the 10 main types of clouds, a bit about the weather they’re associated with and see depictions of them in art over the centuries. Participants will get their own printed cloud guide to help identify clouds in art and in real life.

It’s that time! Every two months the gallery changes its exhibit. We invite our local poets to help celebrate the new work, by writing poetry inspired by some of the pieces. If you’ve come in the past you know it’s always a treat. If you’ve never attended this is your sign to head over!

This week The Talent Gallery unveils its new exhibition! Every two months we display new work for our community. This Friday is our Fourth Friday celebration from 5-8pm and this Sunday we welcome our local poets for our Ekphrastic Poetry event.
