The Plant A Center For Exploration The Plant is a not for profit venue and is operated by volunteers. ALL AGES INVITED

Our hours are very irregular.

The Plant is an all-inclusive creative space, where everyone is welcomed and empowered to organize, research, and encourage the free expression of others. Events held at The Plant are usually FREE but donations are encouraged. I’ve prepared 19 wood surfaces of very varied sizes, ready to be primed for you all to create amazing artworks for the Art Alley! I’m also donating 9 tiny canvases, which makes for a total of 28 creative possibilities. My concern is the canvases are not made to survive outdoors. Maybe we could paint the back side of the canvases to protect the wood stretchers?
If you have time, come by The Plant this Thursday (April 3rd) between 4:30 and 7:00 and help us prime/prepare the wood and canvas surfaces.
