To coincide with “Sled Dog Fun Day” in town, the THC will open our Chinook exhibit. Come by and enjoy a warm drink, visit the statue, and warm up indoors while you learn about the history of Chinook, and/or visit with friends and other sled dog enthusiasts.

Join our Chinook coloring challenge!

With the statue unveiling less than two weeks away, join the excitement by coloring, painting, collaging etc a coloring page of Chinook, or draw your own! Print one from here, or pick up at a Tamworth library.

Drop it off at the Chocorua Public Library or the Cook Memorial Library, or snap a picture and send to [email protected]! We will display them at the unveiling and put a selection on our website.
