Work on the second floor is almost complete!
Renovation of the Veterans Room, the Teague Business and Social Room, the expanded displays in the Medical Room and the Teague Schools room are turning out great! The School Room houses treasures like these great photos of Teague students. We can’t wait to show you around at the Grand Reopening of the Museum!

Looking for something to do this weekend? Here is an upcoming fun event for the kids! Also, just down the road from the State Park is the Fort Parker historical site where Cynthia Ann Parker was taken captive by a band of Indians. Two great places near by for fun and learning!

The Museum is working on a new Pioneer Building to display many of our artifacts from years gone by. It will house our pre-Civil War loom and an old General Store. There are a few items we thought would be nice additions to this building that some of our local fans might wish to add to the display. We are looking for an old Main Street streetlight and an old cash register, if anyone might have one. We would also be interested in a vintage wood door for the entrance.
