🌟 Well, we have some terrific news! The Columbia Gorge Discovery Center & Museum is delighted to announce that the Basalt Rock Cafe will be back in action soon, featuring a brand-new menu that will delight every taste bud.

Join us at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center & Museum for a day of nature, community, and family-friendly fun in the Gorge!

🧘 Nature Yoga & Meditation at 9:00 AM
🌼 Interactive booths hosted by wonderful local partners and organizations
✨ Face painting & hands-on activities
☕ The Café will be open and serving lunch, snacks, and drinks throughout the day

Step into the boots of a forester! In this hands-on lesson, participants explore the real tools foresters use to study and care for forests. How do you tell a tree’s age without cutting it down? Get the answer to this question, and many more, from someone who worked in the forest for 50 years!

This lesson is open to all ages, no registration is required, and lasts 30-45 minutes. Free with admission!
